What if my custom order is not what I ordered? This should never happen, when you place a custom order there are numerous e-mails and conversations regarding the specifics. The customer must reveiew the order very carefully.
How long will it take to get my order? If you ordered a custom item it could take up to 3 weeks
If I receive two separate shipments, will I be charged twice for the shipment charge? No we take full responsibility for the second shipment
Can I order by phone? You can absolutely order by phone, no matter the time zone you can call between our business hours and if you cannot reach a customer service rep then leave a message and someone will be sure to get back to you.
Do your products run true to size? Yes
Do you ship outside the US? Yes we will ship internationally.

How can I check status of my order? We send out a tracking number with all orders, therefore you can use your tracking number for status of your package
What shipping method do you use? We use the most reliable method USPS, but soon we will be incorporating others such as UPS
Will I receive a tracking number for my order? You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I exchange an item for a different size? You cannot exchange custom orders for a different size because that product will be made specifically to suit your wants. If you did not order a custom item, you may exchange your item for a different size ONLY IF the merchandise is in the orginal packaging, and is not worn.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund? Once the merchandise is received we will process it immediately again only if we see that the product is in the orginal packaging
